1. It’s been ages since I’ve done any sort of exercise, can I still participate in a Bootcamp?Absolutely. Our Bootcamps are designed for all age groups, and all fitness levels. Your qualified instructor will start you off slowly and progress you forward throughout your training sessions. 2. I don’t want to get yelled at. Is Bootcamp really for me?Don’t worry, our instructors are there to motivate – not yell. But, they are going to push you to achieve the best you can. Trust me, you’ll be thanking them in the end when you look and feel better than you have in years. 3. Do I need to eat anything special while I do the Bootcamp?Of course exercise is only half the battle if your trying to lose weight and perform at your peak. We’ll give you a set of dietary guidelines for you to follow to ensure that your fitness program and eating plan work together to get you reaching your fitness goals. 4. How long do the camps go for?The camps run 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 6:15-7:00am on Chevron Island, and 6.00-6:45pm in Broadbeach on-going throughout the year. We conduct a fitness test every month to track your progress and see just how far you've come. 5. What if I miss a training session or its raining?Training sessions run rain, hail or shine. If you miss a training session there are no refunds and your commitment to the camp will help maximise your results. 6. I’m ready to sign-up.
